RAFA job - Sunday 13th September 2pm start


Programme 4 first rehearsal back after last Rylstone ( 27th Aug) have it in order. LOOK AT BAND DIARY ( ON THE RIGHT) REHEARSALS CHANGED ;-)


The RAFA are well organised and we will have a good audience and
Dave Whites son Andrew, a serving officer and newly decorated with an OBE, will b the compare. Lets put on a good show guys.

This will be a joint senior and youth band job. In other words just like Rylstone except I want a bit of a shuffle, just to strengthen the band sound. Once the RAFA job is over we will re settle.

just had a look at the 1st trombone part for down by the riverside. from H to I is a pain in the neck haha. bit high and sounds a tad weird. but do able with plenty of practice. all the rest should be fine. might see if i can borrow an alto trombone as it would be easier :P

Hi Dan alto sounds good. As the RAF gig is soon I was going to cut the solos out anyway just to easy performace pressure. Put them back in for ent. contest and next season x

no mate the solo section is shared by all troms!! We may go 4 improv. but there may not b time 4 this at the RAF do x
