2012 review

2012 stared with our usual trip across the water to the Wessex contest. Having swept the board the previous year taking all three top awards we had a lot to live up to! Also we incorporated the new 10+ training members who hadn't been playing very long so when we came 2nd I was delighted. It was a real achievement, well done. We settled into rehearsals with new items such as Beatles and Breezing Down Broadway which the band liked instantly. It was lovely to work with the Bucket family again at Rylstone but the weather wasn't great very unpredictable. Fingers crossed for better in 2013. We ended 2012 in style with our 65th celebrations.
