Due to the weather being awful we are moving the outdoor carol service indoors to the main hall. Therefore can I have full combined band please. It will only be a 35 min gig at most. The head is not fussed about uniform but she would like you to look festive, hats, tinsel etc.
We start at 7pm. Can I have you ready by 6.45pm so I can establish a running order. This will be our last official gig of 2011 as a full band, let's go out on a high please after such an excellent year x x x
