Final bits and pieces for Saturday :-)

Rehearsal for band going to Chichester only please x 7pm till 8.15pm

Saturday 3rd December
Concert & workshop






Coach pick up :

• Leaves at Noon : Easthill Road opposite Ampthill Road ( where St Mary's Primary School )
• Possible pick up in Wotton 12.15pm?
• 12.30pm Fishbourne ferry
• 1pm ferry leaves

For the band : You Need

• instrument
• uniform ( black jackets green ties) Please travel in casuals plenty of time to change
• music stands for rehearsal
• packed tea. I'll take a kettle for a brew/soup please bring your own mug for this
• extra drinks
• Guests very welcome £10 each, trip is free for band. They can shop if they wish while band rehearse and return for concert x

For Elling

• Sussex by the Sea is Chichester's. They have a second set so no worries x I can't find score for 'Carol of the bells' can u double check for me x
